Should be a graduate in any stream. Should have good communication and convincing skills.
Essential Job Functions for IT Recruiter
- Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and Github.
- Should have good experience in end to end IT recruitment.
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.
- Should have extensive knowledge on working with direct clients.
- Good level of experience to deal with candidates/vendors professionally and negotiate rates.
- Participate in tech conferences and meet ups to network with IT professionals.
- Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions)
- Able to solve challenging hiring situations through market data & intelligence.
Qualification and Experience:
- BSc in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree.
- Proven work experience of 1 to 4 years as a Technical /Technology Recruiter.
Skills/Abilities:
- Experience and knowledge in all IT Technologies
- Should have good experience in complete IT recruitment process.
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
