‘James Bhai’, as his mates refer to him, is best known for his meticulous planning and execution capabilities. As an erudite and the most experienced individual at BigLeap, he plays a crucial role in a critical decision process. With an inimitable expertise of over 20 years in the field of Human Resource Management, he is a numero uno of our organization. Leveraging his entrepreneurial instincts, he manages day-to-day Sales operations, Compliance and Growth Strategy of BigLeap. His tactical moves in streamlining and structuring the organization’s future prospect is a significant facet of BigLeap’s triumph over all these years. He is a postgraduate in management from Osmania University. Along with Bigleap, he is instrumental in establishing the Executive Search and Recruitment Company, Stryde, for over 10 years. He manages Stryde’s non-tech verticals.

VINAY KOTRA

‘VeeKay’, as he is fondly called by most of his clients and friends, is known for his exemplary vocal skills and multitasking trait. With his technical academic background and unparalleled zest, he brings in the tech flavor into Bigleap. He has been instrumental in setting up the technical backbone of the organization to manage its operations and assess the performance for future amendments. With over 16 years of varied experience as a Software engineer, tele-caller to sales manager and HR manager, VeeKay manages the overall day to day operations including, finance, accounts, business development, PR, and deriving future outlook at Bigleap. Apart from Bigleap, he is a partner in the Executive Search & Recruitment Company, Stryde. He manages the tech business and client relations for all verticals.

MANOJ YADAV THUMMALA

Director


The master at number game, Manoj’s deep understanding of financial aspects of running the businesses is the hallmark attribute of his proficiency. A Computer Science Engineering graduate, he kick-started his a career with Qualcomm at Hyderabad, India by helping them design and develop world-class mobile boards and chips. After this brief stint, he followed his entrepreneurial instincts to set-up a training delivery center for the fresh graduates and make them industry-ready by imparting the necessary technical skills. At BigLeap, his financial intellect and astounding training skills have enabled him to nurture the finance unit and other staff on raising awareness and enriching knowledge. His competency lies in assisting the company in identifying new funding opportunities, drafting prospective budgets, and determining cost effectiveness of service delivery.

SAINATH GOUD MALKAPURAM

Sai, as he is popularly known, is an adept professional with superlative hands-on experience in the Outsourcing industry. He started out his career as a process associate at Sitel and has handled many roles ranging from operations, quality to training, hiring and retaining talent at many multinational BPOs like Sitel, C3i, SatyamBPO, etc. As a strong communicator and a proficient manager, Sai brings his client management experience to BigLeap. He is responsible for client acquisition and retention into outsourcing businesses of BigLeap Technologies. His shrewdness & thoughtful decision-making trait is one of the biggest assets of our organization.

SURESH KUMAR VANIRASULA

National Business Head & Staffing


A profound individual with 10 years of experience in RPO & HRO industry, Suresh is a Staffing & Payroll Services strategist. At BigLeap, he currently heads our pan India operations. He drives the vision and roadmap for the Staffing wing. He has a unique caliber of establishing a culture where his team can perform at their fullest potential and achieve the desired results. His collaborative and client-centric approach is the key facet which makes him uphold the cordial associations with his contacts. He has conceptualized and implemented numerous initiatives in regard to temporary augmentations and staffing which has contributed towards the overall development of the organization. Before joining BigLeap, Suresh had played a pivotal role in setting-up the business for Planman HR in Bangalore. He was heading the branch for the Sales and Operations activities. He was one of the keys personnel who carved out a few inimitable strategies.
